International Transport Training & Development (ITTD)
Corporate History
International Transport Training & Development was previously known as Rail Training International Pty Ltd and was established in 1996.
In 2005, the business was taken over by way of a management buyout by new directors, Leonard Baldwin and David Angel, who are actively involved in the management and day to day operations of the company.
In 2008 the business was re branded to be known globally as International Transport Training & Development(ITTD)
This decision has been made on the basis of significant growth in the transport industry specifically in Training and Consultancy Services in projects throughout Australia, the Asian region and in South Africa.
As part of ITTD's growth into these international regions it became necessary to clearly distinguish the ITTD brand and business in the international marketplace.
ITTD reflects where the company has come from, we are International, Transport is our core business, Training is our market and Development of people is what we can provide to our customers in Australia, Asia and Africa where we are seeking to grow the business.
The opportunity for re branding provides ITTD with the opportunity to reinforce our commitment to delivering comprehensive and flexible initiative solutions to the Industry.

The evolution of ITTD has involved all of the ITTD team. Our people have been integral to defining the company’s values and future direction, with the ITTD mission and vision reflecting the team’s values and beliefs. It is a message to industry about staff commitment.
ITTD continues to pride itself on its ability to provide cost-effective, customised training to all sectors of the railway industry using accredited and experienced trainers.
