ITTD Learning Model
The ITTD learning model incorporates the use of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and accelerated learning techniques, giving its customers and delegates a broader approach to learning.
ITTD break away from the traditional ‘chalk & talk’ style lecture and method of training by using a more active learner-centered approach in both the development and delivery stage.
The style of ITTD training materials and delivery is designed to communicate with delegates both at conscious and unconscious levels.
The methodologies used build rapport between the trainer and delegate and identify the delegate’s preferred way of gathering, storing and retrieving information which facilitates learning success.
Within all of ITTD’s design and delivery is the use of the quadrant model and Spiral Dynamics. This allows delegates to understand learning in their own unique way and motivates different personality types. Whether ITTD is delivering training or designing training packages, we believe in order for training to be successful, each learning style must be stimulated within all areas of the learning cycle.
